As SECTEC SECURITY AUTOMATION SYSTEMS INDUSTRY AND TRADE INC. located at Buyukkayacik OSB Mah. 101. Cad. No:3/1 42150 Selcuklu/KONYA, we, as the data controller, hereby inform you that your personal data will be processed within the framework of the purpose requiring their processing, and in a manner limited to this purpose, preserving the accuracy and the most up-to-date version of the information you provide to us. We declare that your personal data will be recorded, stored, preserved, rearranged, shared with competent institutions authorized to request such data by law, transferred to domestic or foreign third parties, assigned, classified, and processed in various ways as stipulated in the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”).

We inform you that your personal data, which you have provided or will provide to us, will be processed in accordance with the principles outlined below:

Your personal data will be processed within the scope of our legal relationships, taking into account the legal obligations, legitimate interests, and the purposes requiring their processing,

They will be processed within the framework of the purpose requiring their processing and in connection with this purpose, limited and proportionate to the purpose,

Your personal data, as provided or notified to us, will be recorded, stored, preserved, rearranged, and, if required by law, shared with competent institutions authorized to request such data, and may be transferred to third parties domestically according to the conditions stipulated by the KVKK, transferred, classified, and processed in other ways specified in the KVKK.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?

If you are a visitor, the personal data obtained and processed by us are as follows:

Visitor visual data: Closed-circuit security camera images

Other visitor data: Vehicle information, company and position information, contact information

HOW AND FOR WHAT REASONS DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

When you visit our company, we collect and process your visual data and personal data requested by you through the cameras we have placed, in accordance with the legal obligation and legitimate interests of the Company to ensure workplace security. This information is provided to us by you verbally or in a physical form.

FOR WHAT PURPOSES AND HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Your personal data, lawfully obtained by us, is processed by the Company within the scope of its legitimate interests, without harming your rights, for the following purposes:

Monitoring visitors

Communication when necessary in situations requiring communication later.

Your personal data will be kept for a period determined by the relevant legislation or for the maximum period necessary for the purpose for which they are processed. The retention period may vary depending on the personal data categories and processing purposes. You can contact us for detailed information about the storage period and destruction of your personal data.

TO WHOM DO WE TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Your data is not shared with unrelated third parties. The image records from the cameras taken for security purposes and the identity information you provide during entry are kept and processed by the workplace as the data controller.

YOUR RIGHTS

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, personally, and with proof of your identity, you can inquire about:

Whether we process your personal data,

You can request information if we process your personal data and if so, whether it is used in accordance with its purpose.

You can learn whether your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad and to whom it is transferred.

You can request the correction of your incorrect and incomplete personal data and to inform the recipients to whom this data has been transferred or may have been transferred.

You can request the deletion (erasure, destruction, or anonymization) of your personal data within the framework of the conditions specified in Article 7 of the KVKK. However, the method chosen for destruction will be evaluated by us according to the conditions of the concrete case. In this context, you can always request information from us about why we chose the destruction method.

You can request that third parties to whom your personal data is transferred or may be transferred be informed about your deletion request.

If the results of the analysis of your personal data created solely by an automated system are contrary to your interests, you can object.

If you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data, you can request the remedy of the damage.

Your requests in your application will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost for the Company, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

In matters related to the processing of your personal data, you can submit your application to the Company by filling out the application form on the Company’s website or in the ways specified below, provided that you comply with the conditions stated in the Regulation on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller:

In writing and signed

By sending an e-mail from your registered electronic mail (KEP) address

With a secure electronic signature or mobile signature

To facilitate your application, you can submit your request to us through any of the above options, filling out the application form you request. Depending on the nature of the request and the method of application, the Company may request additional verification (such as sending a message to your registered phone or contacting you) to determine whether the application belongs to you and to protect your rights.
